4. Repairs, Parts & Products

  • Product images may differ slightly from actual appearance

  • Replacement parts (e.g., for phones) may be high-quality third-party parts unless stated

  • We do not guarantee manufacturer-level waterproofing or resistance post-repair

5. Pricing & Taxes

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but you’ll always see the correct total at checkout.


6. Delivery

Please see our Delivery & Returns Policy for full details. In short:

  • We aim to dispatch within 1–2 working days

  • Delivery estimates are not guaranteed

  • We are not responsible for courier delays once shipped


7. Cancellations & Returns

You can cancel your order or return products within 14 days, as per UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. Returns must be unused and in original condition. See our Refund Policy for full info.

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Any data loss — please back up your device before repairs

10. Warranty

Some products and repairs come with a limited warranty. This will be made clear on the relevant product or service page. Warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage

  • Water damage

  • Further physical damage after return

  • Repairs performed by third parties
