We aim to get your tech fixed and delivered fast, safely, and hassle-free. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship, how long it takes, and what to do if you need to return something.

We currently ship to addresses across the United Kingdom.

Delivery Timeframes

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday). Delivery options at checkout typically include:

  • Standard Delivery (2–4 working days)

  • Express Delivery (1–2 working days)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or high-demand periods.

Delivery Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Occasionally, we offer free delivery on orders over a certain value — keep an eye out for promotions.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking details (where applicable).


🔁 Returns & Refunds

Changed Your Mind?

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return. The item must be:

  • In its original condition

  • Unused and unopened

  • Returned with proof of purchase

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at help@reezyrepairs.co.uk with your order number.

  2. Let us know what you’re returning and why.

  3. Wait for our return instructions.

  4. Package the item securely and use a tracked service.

Faulty or Damaged Items

Received something broken or not working as it should? Let us know within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right with either:

  • A replacement

  • A refund (including any shipping costs)

We may ask for a photo to speed things up.


💳 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you.

  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • If the return is part of a larger order, delivery charges may not be refunded unless the entire order is returned.
