Refunds Policy

We want you to be happy with your order from reezyrepairs.co.uk. If something’s not right, we’re here to make it right.


🔁 Can I Return My Item?

Yes – you have 14 days from the day you receive your item to request a return or refund.

To be eligible:

✅ The item must be unused
✅ It must be in original packaging
✅ You’ll need proof of purchase (your order number is fine)


❌ What Can’t Be Returned?

We can’t accept returns on:

  • Custom or personalised items

  • Opened or used hygiene products (like cleaning kits, for example)

  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

  • Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery


⚠️ My Item Is Faulty or Damaged

If something arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll ask for a photo and a brief description. If the fault is confirmed, we’ll either:

  • Send a replacement, or

  • Give you a full refund — including any shipping costs you paid


📦 How Do I Return Something?

  1. Email us at help@reezyrepairs.co.uk

  2. Tell us your order number, what you want to return, and why

  3. Wait for our instructions before sending anything back

You’ll be responsible for return postage (unless the item is faulty). We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we can’t refund items lost in the post.


💳 When Will I Get My Refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We’ll email you to confirm

  • If approved, your refund will go back to your original payment method

  • This can take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank

Original delivery charges are only refunded if the full order is returned.
